Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one with your tracking link as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout. During the holiday season carriers are busier than usual, so we recommend ordering early — especially if you want your advent calendar ready for December 1st.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will look into it.

Wrong address or lost parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can re-ship it once the correct address is confirmed (additional shipping costs may apply). If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you find a solution.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
