Returns

We want you to love your order. If you are not happy with it, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Because advent calendars are opened day by day, calendars with opened doors or used figures cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email us at licerio_ivan@hotmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
